Born in Sweden, Kerstin
is fluent in the Scandinavian
languages. She did post-
graduate marketing work
in London in the 1970s,
and operated the South
American pricing desk
for Pan American World
Airways in the 1980s.

She was a director of the Institute for Communica- tions Advancement (ICA) in New York City, where she lived for more than a dozen years. ICA was the lead contractor for IBM's creative sales laboratory in Palisades, New York.

Kerstin Williams was instrumental in getting the Swedish-American

Chamber of Commerceoff the ground in South Florida shortly after she moved to Boca Raton in 1990. She served as that organization's first President.

She recently served as the President of

S.W.E.A. (the Swedish Women's Educational Association in South Florida), a position
she held in New
York City earlier.

She was an award-
winning Real Estate
Agent in Boca for many years, before taking her license voluntarily inactive in order to join the Board of Directors of Templeworks Properties, L.L.C.

At Templeworks, Kerstin runs the European Trading Desk and focuses on developing markets in the Far East and Asia. She is the Managing Director and an owner of the company.
